The Bracha on Lighting the Chanukah Menorah is as follows, First recite Lehadlik Ner Shel Chanukah and then She-asa Nissim On the first night recite Shehecheyanu.

On the first night, the Bracha of Shehecheyanu is recited as well, immediately after Sheh-asa Nissim.

First recite

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ לְהַדְלִיק נֵר שֶׁל חֲנֻכָּה.

and then

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁעָשָׂה נִסִּים לַאֲבוֹתֵינוּ בַּיָּמִים הָהֵם בַּזְּמַן הַזֶּה.

On the first night recite

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ וְקִיְּמָנוּ וְהִגִיעָנוּ לַזְּמַן הַזֶּה.

English

First recite

Blessed are You, Hashem our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to light the Chanukah candles.

and then

Blessed are You, Hashem our God, King of the universe, who made miracles for our ancestors in their days in this season.

On the first night recite

Blessed are You Hashem our God King of the universe, who has granted us life, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this occasion.

Transliterated

First recite

Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Haolam, Asher Kedishanu Bmitzvosav Vtzivanu Lehadlik Ner Shel Chanukah.

and then

Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Haolam, Sheh-asa Nissim Lavoseinu Bayomim Haheim Bezman Hazeh.

On the first night recite

Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Haolam, Shehecheyanu Ve’Kiyemanu Ve’Higianu La’Zman Hazeh
