The Bracha Rishona on Apple Sauce is as follows, Borei Pri Haetz or Shehakol, and the Bracha Acharona is Borei Nefashos.
If the apples are finely pureed, like in store bought apple sauce, the Bracha is Shehakol. But if there are chunks of apples in the sauce, the Bracha is Haetz.
