The Bracha Rishona on Chicken Soup is Shehakol, and the Bracha Acharona is Borei Nefashos.
If the soup is eaten with kneidelach (matzah balls), a Mezonos is made on the kneidelach and a Shehakol on the soup. After eating, an Al Hamichya is made on the kneidelach and Borei Nefashos on the soup.
