The Bracha Rishona on Garlic is as follows, Borei Pri Hoadama or Shehakol, and the Bracha Acharona is Borei Nefashos.
If the garlic is eaten raw or boiled, the Bracha is Shehakol. However, if it is fried in oil, the Bracha is Hoadama (Mishnah Berurah 205:7; Igros Moshe, Orach Chaim I:64).
